Refunds or replacements are only provided when an item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within the timeframe specified in our refund policy and provide clear photos showing the issue. Once the damage or defect has been reviewed and verified, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

We are unable to provide refunds, returns, or replacements for circumstances including:

• Change of mind or personal preference — including deciding you no longer want the product or simply not liking the product after receiving it.
• Incorrect sizing, style, or variant selection — customers are responsible for reviewing and selecting the appropriate product option before placing an order.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information — customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for orders delivered incorrectly, returned, or lost as a result of information entered incorrectly by the customer.
• Shipping taking longer than anticipated — estimated delivery windows are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control. A shipment arriving later than expected does not, by itself, qualify an order for a refund.
• Orders currently in transit — an order cannot be refunded solely because it has not yet arrived while tracking confirms that the shipment remains in transit.

If you believe your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or defect. Our team will review your request and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.

Using your Cozy Club™ Travel Pillow is quick and easy:

1. Position the pillow comfortably around your child so the cushioned sections provide gentle head and neck support.
2. Wrap the adjustable straps around the vehicle’s headrest and securely clip the buckle together.
3. Adjust the straps until the pillow sits comfortably and securely in position without being overly tight.
4. Check the fit before every ride to ensure the pillow and straps are properly positioned and secure.
